Cookie Policy
The cookies and similar technologies this website sets, what each one does, and how to turn them off.
Last updated: September 2026
DC Regent Group Limited ("DCRG", "we", "us", "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on this website. This policy explains what they are, which ones we use, and how you can control them. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make sites work, to remember your preferences, and to measure how a site is used. Similar technologies — for example local storage or pixels — do the same job in different ways, and we describe them together here.
2. What we use
We keep our use of cookies to the minimum needed to run and understand this website:
- Essential. Cookies and storage that the site needs in order to deliver pages, keep the contact form working and protect the service from abuse. These are not optional.
- Analytics. Where analytics is enabled, cookies that tell us in aggregate which pages are read, which pages people leave, and roughly how the site performs. The resulting data is not used to identify you.
- Preference. Cookies that remember a choice you have made, such as a dismissed notice, so that we do not ask you again on your next visit.
3. How long we keep them
Cookies are either kept for the length of a visit, stored for a session, or given a fixed expiry — typically between a few weeks and a few months. Where an analytics provider sets a longer-lived identifier, we keep the limit to what is needed to distinguish one visit from the next, and we clear those identifiers on that expiry.
4. Managing cookies
You control cookies through your browser. Every current browser lets you view, delete and block cookies, and you can set a rule to block them for this site specifically. Be aware that blocking essential cookies will stop the contact form and some site features from working correctly. On mobile devices, the equivalent settings live in the browser or operating system settings rather than in the browser itself.
5. Third-party cookies
Some of the services we use — our hosting provider, our email provider, and our analytics provider where enabled — set cookies of their own. They do so under their own terms and privacy policies, which we do not control. We have not set advertising cookies and we do not allow third parties to build a profile of you through this website.
6. Changes to this policy and how to contact us
We may update this policy when the cookies we use change. The revised version takes effect once published here, and the "Last updated" date above will change. If you have a question about a cookie or about this policy, contact DC Regent Group Limited at hello@dcrgp.com, London, United Kingdom.
