Strategy, brand, product, and the commercial machinery underneath — designed together, owned by one team, and built to keep running after we step back.
The Problem We Solve
- Venture thesis & opportunity assessment
- Company structure & operating model
- Brand identity & positioning
- Go-to-market strategy & pricing
- Product and service design
- Financial model & unit economics
- Founding team and first hires
How it works
Four phases, run in sequence. Nothing moves forward until the phase before it holds up.
Decide if it is worth building
We pressure-test the opportunity, the market, and the founder's unfair advantage before a pound is committed. If the thesis is weak, we say so now — not after the spend.
Design the business on paper
Positioning, business model, unit economics, and operating structure get drawn up on a single page that everyone can act on. Ambiguity is designed out at this stage, deliberately.
Build the foundations
Brand, product, website, and the commercial machinery go live in parallel — sequenced so each piece supports the next instead of queueing behind it.
Launch, then compound
We run the launch alongside your team, then stay on as operator or advisory partner as the venture finds its footing and starts to grow without us.
THE OUTCOME
Six months in, clarity is the point. A venture should be easier to run than it was at the start, not harder. These are the marks we hold ourselves to.
WHO THIS IS FOR
You have a genuine opportunity and the drive to pursue it, but the foundations are still half-formed. Perhaps the business model works but the brand does not, or the offer is clear but nothing has been designed to sell it.
This is not the right fit if you are validating a side project with no intention of building a company, or if you are looking for a short audit with a slide deck at the end. We take on a small number of ventures at a time and stay with them properly.
